SS2 V5-A1

SS2-V5 A1 is a product of the development of SS2V4 caliber 5.56 x 45 mm NATO assault weapon. Designed for both modern combat and close quarters combat, the SS2-V5 A1 features an ergonomic design, compact size and high humidity resistance. This weapon has a lghter weight than SS2-V4 variant, making it easier to mobilize in various operations, especially in urban combat areas.

SS2-V5 A1 rifle has a modular design, so users can apply various equipment and accessories to the left, right and top rails on the handguard, such as laser points and flashlights. A vertical foregrip is attached to the bottom rail which adds ergonomics and comfort to the use of the rifle. The standard version of SS2-V5 A1 (without the use of an optical sight), features a folding comb and pijera model, replacing the carry handle model. In addition, the folding stock on the SS2-V5 variant is updated with a telescopic buttstock on SS2-V5 A1 variant.

Have a high degree of accuracy, SS2-V5 A1 is capable of firing 700 rounds/minute with a speed of up to 720 m/s and has an effective range of up to 200m. Through these various advantages, SS2-V5 A1 is ideal for supporting the TNI, especially in special operations.
