PT. Pindad (Persero) through the Heavy Equipment Division produces supporting products for the construction and mining industries. The products and services we provide are Heavy Equipment products (Excavators) and Machining Services.
Through the transformation of competencies in defense products, includes hydraulic systems and chained wheels, Pindad created the first heavy equipment product called Excava 200, which has 20 tons of load capacity. Afterwards, we produced other variants of the Excava200 excavator, that is Excava Amphibious, which is known for its ability to operate on water surfaces. Besides, the latest innovation from the Excava line, the Excava 50 was born as a solution for light construction work in 2019.
Machining services are supported by horizontal lathe facilities with a capacity up to 6 meters, vertical lathes up to 3 meters in diameter, double column, milling machines, with capacities up to over 2 x 4 meters, that computerized (CNC) operated.
