CEO of Pindad Opens Introduction of Industry Course for Prospective Employees of PT Pindad
The CEO of PT Pindad, Abraham Mose along with Chief of Finance and Risk Management, Triyana attended the opening and Industry Introduction activities for prospective Pindad’s employees which were held on Monday, January 2nd 2023 at PT Pindad Training Hall Bandung. In this activity VP HCM, Amalia Maya Fitri opened the activity by reading activity reports to all participants in PT Pindad Training Hall.
At this industry introduction there were 164 participants consisting of 128 prospective employees of PT Pindad Bandung & 36 prospective employees of PT Pindad Turen. As a sign of inaugurating the introduction of the industry, participant cards were pinned to the participant representatives by the CEO, Abraham Mose and Chief of Finance and Risk Management, Triyana.
CEO of PT Pindad, Abraham Mose in his remarks congratulate the participants who had been selected to become PT Pindad Employees. Abraham Mose also said that the several stages all participants had gone through were not easy and the competed with tens of thousands of other registrants.
“To our prospective employees who have been elected in the future must have a sense of belonging or a feeling to the company because in the future these prospective employees will become the wheels of the company’s rotation. Industry Introduction aims to make prospective employees understand Pindad’s products in depth and understand the business that the company runs. We hope that in the future the Employee Candidates can continue to improve their own competence and continue to learn for the good of the company,” Abraham Mose explained.
On the same occasion, VP HCM, Amalia Maya Fitri in her remarks said that Employee Candidates of PT Pindad who are currently taking part in an industry introduction must have a commitment to carry out this activity and not waste the opportunities that exist.
“This activity is carried out to prepare prospective employees to be better prepared and able to make the best contribution after later being officially part of PT Pindad with the provision and knowledge that has been given today. This is also an achievement for you who have successfully competed with thousands of participants who had previously registered so it would be a shame if you guys didn’t make the most of it.” Amalia Maya Fitri said
After receiving remarks from the CEO of PT Pindad, Abraham Mose and symbolically the inauguration of the activity was concluded with a joint prayer as the closing activity.
