Head of the West Java Highways & Spatial Planning Agency reviews Pindad industrial products

Head of the Highways & Spatial Planning of West Java Province; Ir. A. Koswara and his staff conducted a working visit to PT Pindad (Persero), Bandung on Thursday, April 8, 2021. Chief of Business Strategy Officer of PT Pindad (Persero), Syaifuddin accompanied by GM of Heavy Equipment Division; Cucun Kalsum, GM Service Industry Equipment Division; Andri Setiyoso and his ranks welcomed the visit of the Head of the Highways & Spatial Planning of West Java Province. The purpose of this working visit is to examine various products of PT Pindad (Persero) to support the needs of the Bina Marga Office.

Chief of Business Strategy officer of PT Pindad (Persero), Syaifuddin, in his speech explained that Pindad has a business line of industrial products that can be offered to meet the needs of construction and community development. "We hope that our industrial products can make a major contribution to domestic development apart from having priorities in the defense and security sector. Products that are currently being discussed are Pertashop and heavy equipment products and agricultural products which we can see together later. at the production facility." Syaifuddin explained. Furthermore, the staff of the Heavy Equipment Division of PT Pindad (Persero); Zhafran Ega explained the various products that PT Pindad (Persero) can offer in detail.

In this occasion, the Head of Highways & Spatial Planning Office of West Java Province, Ir. A. Koswara explained that the visit this time was an effort to review and learn about PT Pindad (Persero)’s products related to the needs of the Highways Office. "I had a chance to chat with the Minister of KKP, who previously served as Deputy Minister of Defense, regarding the Pindad development strategy for the procurement of construction activities. I think this is the right and strategic step for Pindad, because the need in the construction sector is quite large." In his speech.

The working visit was continued with a profile description and various industrial products of PT Pindad (Persero) followed by a discussion. The discussion went interesting with the main discussion regarding the products of PT Pindad (Persero) that can support the performance of Highways & Spatial Planning of West Java Province.
