KSAD General TNI Dudung Abdurachman reviews Pindad production facilities

Bandung - Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General TNI Dudung Abdurachman inspected the production facilities of PT Pindad (Persero) on Saturday, December 4, 2021. CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose accompanied by Chief of Business Strategy officer Syaifuddin, Chief of Technology & Development officer Sigit P Santosa and VPs & GMs welcomed KSAD who was accompanied by Asrena KSAD Major General TNI Hendrasto Joko Saksono, Aslog KSAD Major General TNI Saiful Rachiman, Kapuspalad Major General TNI Sigid Witjaksono, Head of Dispenad Brigadier General Tatang Subarna, Kasdam III Siliwangi, Brigadier General Darmono Susastro and staff at the Auditorium Gd. Pindad Directorate.

Abraham Mose warmly welcomed the visit of the KSAD and his entourage to Pindad in order to review the company's production facilities.

Abraham Mose then explained the company's profile to the Army Chief of Staff and the entourage.

KSAD and his entourage then carried out a plant tour to review production facilities and see various weapons products and special vehicles made by Pindad. The group then witnessed a special vehicle defile including Badak combat vehicle, various variants of Komodo, various variants of Anoa, Maung and a prototype of the latest electric motorbike made by Pindad. Pindad also displays various types of weapons including various Armo pistols, G2 series (Combat, Elite, Premium), Mag 4, P3A, SPR various variants, SS2 various variants, SS3, SM various Blackout variants, SS Amphibious, Dopper, Advanced Shooting Rifles. .

KSAD also took the time to directly shoot using Pindad weapons to see the quality and performance of weapons and munitions made by the domestic defense industry.

Through his remarks, KSAD General TNI Dudung Abdurachman hoped Pindad could support the needs of TNI AD soldiers.

“I hope that later Pindad will play an active role in helping, which ones can be done by PT Pindad, what domestic products can be done later, including Special Vehicles. I hope that Pindad can make a maximum contribution to supporting the needs of soldiers, especially in weapons and equipment,” explained KSAD General TNI Dudung Abdurachman.
