KPKU Audit Opening Meeting at PT Pindad (Persero)

On Wednesday, November 6th 2013, was held Kriteria Penilaian Kinerja Unggul (Excellent Performance Measurements Criteria) or KPKU Opening Meeting Audit for PT Pindad (Persero). This event was held at Directorate Building and was opened by Director of Planning and Development Wahyu Utomo. The evaluator team which came from various State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) companies and led by Bambang Mulyawan from PT Krakatau Daya Listrik was also attending this event. This event was also attended by officials of the Echelon 1, Echelon 2, and KPKU internal evaluation team members of the PT Pindad (Persero).

This opening meeting was the beginning of the audit process which would be executed on the next 4 days at PT Pindad (Persero) area. This audit process would produce scores which would be adjusted with the internal audit result that had been done on last October. Beside the final result in the form of values, the evaluator team would also gave some input points which hoped could increase the performance of the company in order to reach the company vision to be a leading weaponry system company at Asia on 2023.

This KPKU Audit would through some processes, started from on desk review in the form of initial mapping on application documents which contained organization profile, questionnaire answers, and the performance results which already reported to Ministry of State Owned Enterprises. Afterward, the process of clarification and validation were done through interviews and fields visit. In the end, the evaluator team would make the assessment result report and also the final result scores and some inputs for increasing the performance of PT Pindad (Persero).  

The evaluator team was expecting a good cooperation from PT Pindad (Persero), especially the transparency on data clarification and validation at the field. With this transparency effort, the evaluator team could give a right input and suggestion, based on the actual condition at PT Pindad (Persero). The final result of this audit process was expected could gave a great input in order to increase the company performance. (Anggia)
