Integrity Pact Signing by PT Pindad (Persero) Officials

Based on State Owned Minister Circular Number : SE-05/MBU/2013 about Roadmap Toward the Clean SOEs, held the integrity pact signing event for PT Pindad (Persero) officials. This event was held on Friday, November 1^st 2013 at Auditorium Directiratre Building. The pact integrity signing was led by Duty Executor of President Director of PT Pindad (Persero) Tri Hardjono and was attended by Board of Director and 45 Officials of Strata I and Strata II who related with procurement and sales function

The Roadmap Towards Clean SOEs team was formed with main purpose to free the SOEs from irregularities or cheating actions that lead or related with corruption, collusion, and nepotism. This pact integrity by PT Pindad (Persero) officials, was done in order to increase the quality of Goof Corporate Governance implementation, both administratively and substantively, to form a formidable SOEs (professional and shock resistant), superior (giving priority to the system, quality, and innovation), as well as dignity (clean from any irregularities, including fraud and corruption).

The officials who signed this integrity pact which contained the readiness to use their position as their beliefs that should be made to achieve the maximum performance in accordance with good corporate governance; promised to obey the applicable legislation; wouldn’t do the corruption, collusion, and nepotism, as well as taking bribe; and wouldn’t abuse their officials for personal, family, or particular group interest.

This signing event hoped could be a symbol of the seriousness of the officials to always promoting honesty and professionalism in their work. Thus, the expectations of the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises to create formidable, superior and dignified SOEs could be achieved. (Anggia)
