Pindad signs a Cooperation Agreement with BSI

Chief of Finance and Administration Officer of PT Pindad (Persero), Wildan Arief and Director of Distribution & Sales of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, Anton Sukarna signed a Cooperation Agreement on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the Auditorium of PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung. Cooperation Agreement regarding payroll services (employee payroll) and the use of Sharia banking products & services. On this occasion, the Director of Distribution & Sales of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk was accompanied by the Regional CEO; Dade Darmawan, Group Head Institutional Banking1; Ida Triana Widowati, Area Manager; Ficko Hardiwiseto, Dept. Head of State on Enterprise; A Dobig Mirandi, Branch Manager Bandung Antapani; M. Taqiyuddin and Senior Relationship Manager; Invamilla Dewi. The signing of the cooperation was also attended and witnessed by the Corporate Secretary of PT Pindad (Persero); Krisna Cahyadianus and VP HCM; Kaka Rohana.

In his remarks, Chief of Finance and Administration of PT Pindad (Persero), Wildan Arief represented and conveyed his apologies and warm greetings from the CEO of PT Pindad (Persero) was unable to attend this event with BSI. Wildan Arief also explained Pindad;’s company profile and assessed that the collaboration with BSI would be beneficial for PT Pindad (Persero) employees. “We believe this collaboration is the beginning and will be followed by various other collaborations that can be utilized by all Pindad employees,” Wildan Arief explained.

Prior to the signing, Director of Distribution & Sales Director of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, Anton Sukarna briefly explained the profile of Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is the result of 3 Islamic banks merger owned by State-Owned banks, called Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah and Bank BRI Syariah. “Regarding the cooperation signed today, we thank you for the warm welcome. Hopefully this cooperation regarding payroll with be one of the entrances for better relations in the future.” Explained Anton Sukarna.

After signing, the activity was closed by giving souvenirs to each party and taking a group photo.
