Pindad Turen Celebrate Pindad’s 40 Anniversary

PT Pindad commemorates the 40th anniversary celebration at PT Pindad Turen Munisi Division with the theme "Pindad Profit with Excellence Performance" on Friday, May 12th 2023 at Pindad Malang Hall. The implementation of Halalbihalal and the company's anniversary which is commemorated at Pindad Turen is a separate series from the previous activities which were held at the Pindad Bandung head office. The event was attended by the Board of Directors, Echelon I Officials, Pindad Turen employees, company union representatives and Pindad elders.

April 29^th is a moment that is always commemorated as PT Pindad's birthday, in 2023 it is the 40th anniversary of a company that is moving towards maturity in various ways, both experience and journey in managing a defense industry, whose products are used to guard state sovereignty.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of PT Pindad in Turen, several series of activities were carried out at this time's celebration which consisted of reciting holy verses of the Koran, tausiyah and pray, music entertainment and a doorprizes.

The event began with the Halalbihalal of the Board of Directors and echelon I officials who were in touch with Pindad Turen employees who attended the anniversary celebration of approximately 1200 employees. After the halal bihalal activity was completed, the activity was continued with a series of PT Pindad's 40th anniversary.

Deputy CEO of PT Pindad, Sigit P. Santosa in his remarks expressed his gratitude to the sponsors who helped make this event successful and also to all employees who have worked hard so far.

"PT Pindad has entered its 40th and still standing strong to this day. Pindad has also shown extraordinary abilities. PT Pindad has succeeded in reaping high contracts reaching 17 trillion and also sales of 6.4 trillion, this is all thanks to the hard work of employees at Pindad including your, ladies and gentlemen in the Munitions division which contribute almost 40% of PT Pindad's revenue in 2022. Wehope that also in the future the contract will increase with a target in 2023 of 9.4 trillion. We all hope that we as Pindad remain solid, harmonious, and continue to improve our performance. We also shouldn't be complacent with the current results, but use it as motivation to do much better in the future, "explained Sigit P. Santosa.

In the same activity, General Manager of Munitions, Gatot Supriyadi expressed his highest gratitude and appreciation to all invited guests who have helped and enlivened PT Pindad's 40th Anniversary activities in the Turen Munitions Division.

"In this activity, even though the program is simple and late, it still doesn't reduce the essence of the event itself. Thank you to all parties involved in carrying out this activity so that this event can be a success. As of PT Pindad getting older, I hope that Pindad can continue to be even better in the future and be more successful so that all of that will return to all of us. I also as GM Munisi express my gratitude to all employees who have worked hard so that the sales target in 2022 can be achieved.” Gatot Supriyadi said.

During this year's celebration at Pindad Turen, the closing activity was enlivened with live music and distribution of doorprizes distributed to selected Pindad Turen employees.
