Changes in Board of Director of PT Pindad (Persero)

Thursday, August 26, 2021, a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has been submitted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of the Company regarding the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of PT Pindad (Persero). The EGMS was held online, in accordance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic and amid the conditions of the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in Indonesia.

The EGMS of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad was chaired by the Assistant Deputy for Defense and Manufacturing Industries of the Ministry of SOEs, Liliek Mayasari and the Assistant Deputy for Human Resources Management of the Ministry of SOEs, Andus Winarno, which was attended by the company's Board of Directors & Commissioners.

Based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs through the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the GMS of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad number: SK-284/MBU/08/2021 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad, dismissing with due respect Wildan Arief as Chief of Finance & Administration Officer, and Ade Bagdja as Chief of Technology & Development Officer as well as changes in nomenclature from Chief of Finance & Administration to Chief of Finance & Risk Management. Appointed new members of the Board of Directors of PT Pindad (Persero), including Triyana as Chief of Finance & Risk Management Officer, and Sigit P. Santosa as Chief of Technology and Development Officer.

It is also stated in the Decree of the Minister of BUMN as the GMS of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad number: SK-285/MBU/08/2021 concerning the Dismissal of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad, respectfully dismissing Suharyono as Chief Business of Industrial Products Officer.

And congratulations on joining the new Board of Directors so that PT Pindad (Persero) can continue to improve its performance to become a strong, independent, competitive and increasingly advanced defense industry company.
