Military Organization Commodity Workshop at PT Pindad (Persero)

Twenty eight students were participated on Military Organization Commodity Workshop which organized by Directorate General of Defense Power of Ministry of Defense at PT PIndad (Persero) on Monday, August 25^th 2014. The group which led by Lieutenant Colonel CPL Bambang Sugiantoro were accepted by Vice President of Security and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Fudji Chaerudin at Auditorium Directorate Building.  

According to Lieutenant Colonel CPL Bambang Sugiantoro, this visit PT Pindad (Persero) was a part of event series of Military Organization Commodity Workshop. This visit was done in order to directly see the production facilities of PT PIndad (Persero) to complete the materials that have been given by the instructors. These activities are carried out to complement the materials that have been provided by the instructor of BSN, PT PIndad, as well as teachers from the outside, so that the participants can directly see our pride products, both weapon and special vehicle, as well as as well as feel the performance of those products.

After the event at the auditorium was ended, the students were visited 2^nd Production Department of Special Vehicle Division where some of special vehicle products were assembled such as Anoa 6x6 Armored Vehicle and Komodo 4x4 Tactical Vehicle. Here, many students were asking about the engineering system of Anoa 6x6 Armored Vehicle, AMX 13, the amount of local content in every vehicle that has been manufactured, until the future plan of PT Pindad (Persero) in developing Amphibious Armored Vehicle. 

The students group then visited the Weapon Division and visited the 1^st Production Department to see the making process of various rifle products of PT Pindad (Persero). Afterwards, the students group were had a chance to try to shoot by using SS2-V4 rifle, before leaving PT Pindad (Persero). (Anggia)
