Bandung Anniversary, Pindad handed over 370 Covid-19 kits to Umi Oded

Currently, Bandung has experienced a decrease in Covid-19 cases from a high risk zone (orange zone) to a low risk zone (yellow zone) with a score of 2.54. In addition, the positivity rate is at 1.77 and the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) is at 19.16 percent.

However, according to the press statement of the Mayor of Bandung, even though Covid-19 cases have decreased, tracing, testing, and treatment (3T) will continue to be carried out because this is what keeps the indicators of Covid-19 cases in the City of Bandung continuing to slop. "3T is still running and we must continue to do it. Because the indicators are there. It could be a time bomb or not from there," he said.

Coinciding with the 211st anniversary of Bandung City, PT Pindad (Persero) handed over 370 packages of Covid-19 kits to the Chair of the Healthy Bandung Forum who is also the wife of the Mayor of Bandung, Siti Muntamah (Umi Oded) at Bandung City Hall on Friday, September 24, 2021. The assistance was symbolically handed over by the Junior Manager PKBL of PT Pindad (Persero), Yunus Somantri representing the Corporate Secretary to Umi Oded. The Covid-19 kit contains masks, hand sanitizers and multivitamins that will be distributed to students undergoing face-to-face learning (PTM) and people in need.

Umi Oded appreciated Pindad's support for the handling of Covid-19 in the city of Bandung. "Alhamdulillah, thanks to PT Pindad (Persero), I represent the Healthy Bandung Forum to receive the Covid-19 kit which is very useful and will be distributed to PTM students and the community, God willing Pindad will be more blessed, advanced and successful," said Umi Oded.
