Substitution of Pindad's Board of Commissioners members

Assistant Deputy of Mining, Strategic Industry and Media II, Heri Purnomo representing the Minister of SOEs (BUMN), Rini M Soemarno as the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) dismissed and appointed new members to the Board of Commissioners of PT Pindad (Persero) on Tuesday, July 30th, 2019 at the Ministry of SOEs Office, Jakarta. The event was attended by President Director Abraham Mose, Director Heri Heriswan, Deputy Chief Commissioner, Maj. Gen. (ret.) Sumardi and Commissioner Nurdin

The dismissal and appointment of the members of the Board of Commissioners and the appointment of an independent Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero) were carried out through a Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number: SK-164 / MBU / 07/2019 dated July 30, 2019. A member of the Board of Commissioners, Brigadier General Sigid Witjaksono were honorably dismissed and Major General Endang Sodik was appointed as a new member of the Board of Commissioners.
 
The current composition of the Board of Commissioners of Pindad is listed as belows:

Deputy Chief of Commissioners: Maj. Gen. (ret.) Sumardi
Commissioner: Comm. Gen. Pol. Ari Dono Sukmanto
Commissioner: Maj. Gen. Endang Sodik
Commissioner: Nurdin
Independent Commissioner: Alexandra Retno Wulan

Substitution of members of the Board of Commissioners in a company / institution, is an ordinary event. This happens, along with the demands and developments of the company, which also related to the refreshment and regeneration of leadership. The company expresses its gratitude for the dedication and contribution given while in the post of holding the position as a member of the Board of Commissioners.
