PT PINDAD (PERSERO) AT 2013 TRADE EXPO INDONESIA

PT Pindad (Persero) was participated on the 28th Trade Expo Indonesia 2013. The international Business-to-Business exhibition was held on October 16th-18th 2013 at Jakarta International Expo (JiExpo) Kemayoran, Jakarta. Various products which were displayed such as the latest version of PT Pindad (Persero) assault rifle, SS2-V5, SPR-2 caliber 12,7 mm with silencer which could reduce sound from 160 dB to 120 dB, G2 Combat and Elite type which used by Indonesian Army, mock up which containing ammunitions with various caliber, some of special vehicle mock ups such as Water Canon Policia, Anoa Panser 6x6, and Komodo Tactical Vehicle. PT Pindad (Persero) was also displayed one unit of United Nation Anoa Panser which used by UN peace keeping mission at Lebanon and one unit of Komodo Tactical Vehicle. PT Pindad (Persero) participation on 2013 TEI was a good opportunity to expand the cooperation networks with the potential buyers who came from all over the world, because the visitors of this exhibition were coordinated by 129 Republic of Indonesia representative offices, the Trade Attaché and foreign Indonesian Trade Promotion Center. In addition, through this exhibition, the producers were also could expand business and investment networks, and became the right event for business potential and opportunities exchange in various industrial fields. Ministry of Trade was reorganized this exhibition. The Remarkable Indonesa theme was chosen to describe the diversity of products and services which offered by various industrial sectors in Indonesia. The 2013 Trade Expo Indonesia could be an effective promotion platform because this exhibition was held in order to promote Indonesia high quality products and services to foreign markets. To facilitate the effective business interaction, the products which displayed in this exhibition were divided into 5 zones, such as: Manufacturing and Services Products; Furniture; Furnishing; Fashion, Lifestyle, and other Creative Products; and Premium Provincesw and State Owned Enterprises Products. PT Pindad (Persero) as the defence industry company was grouped on Premium Provinces and State Owned Enterprises Products.
